SOX9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,425 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS6, SH3KBP1, and SH3BP4. Each is linked with SOX9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX9-to-partner and partner-to-SOX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX9 versus GAS6 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
