SOX9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 416 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTPA, REG3A, and GAGE12E. Each is linked with SOX9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX9-to-partner and partner-to-SOX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTPA grouped by SOX9-low versus SOX9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
