SOX7

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SOX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX7-to-partner and partner-to-SOX7 results are reported.
