SOX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLYAT, CPLX4, and USP17L3. Each is linked with SOX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX7-to-partner and partner-to-SOX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLYAT grouped by SOX7-low versus SOX7-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
