SOX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOX4_S354, DBN1, and HDAC2. Each is linked with SOX4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX4-to-partner and partner-to-SOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX4 versus SOX4_S354 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
