Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMS, ST6GALNAC2P1, and CCDC134. Each is linked with SOX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX4-to-partner and partner-to-SOX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NMS grouped by SOX4-low versus SOX4-high in KIRP.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
