SOX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eIF4E, and HER3_pY1289. Each is linked with SOX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX4-to-partner and partner-to-SOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SOX4-low versus SOX4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
