Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,393 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Noradrenergic neuron differentiation, Ascending aorta development, and Ascending aorta morphogenesis. Each is linked with SOX4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX4-to-partner and partner-to-SOX4 results are reported.
