SOX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSHB, ANKRD60, and DAZ3. Each is linked with SOX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX4-to-partner and partner-to-SOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FSHB grouped by SOX4-low versus SOX4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
