SOX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,152 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMTK3, ATP8B2, and ADCY2. Each is linked with SOX4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX4-to-partner and partner-to-SOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LMTK3 grouped by SOX4-low versus SOX4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
