SOX30

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 870 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX30-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL4, STBD1, and CEP63. Each is linked with SOX30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX30-to-partner and partner-to-SOX30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX30 versus KLHL4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
