SOX30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX30 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX30-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Dvl3. Each is linked with SOX30 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX30-to-partner and partner-to-SOX30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SOX30-low versus SOX30-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
