Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,512 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Acrosome assembly, Negative regulation of epithelial cell apoptotic process, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SOX30 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX30-to-partner and partner-to-SOX30 results are reported.
