SOX30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 360 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX30-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMU, PDS5A, and USP37. Each is linked with SOX30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX30-to-partner and partner-to-SOX30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMU grouped by SOX30-low versus SOX30-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
