Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,901 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase assembly, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly. Each is linked with SOX3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX3-to-partner and partner-to-SOX3 results are reported.
