SOX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,597 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, PTTG1, and DDIAS. Each is linked with SOX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX3-to-partner and partner-to-SOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by SOX3-low versus SOX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
