SOX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,089 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BZW2, SLC17A5, and EPB41L1. Each is linked with SOX3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX3-to-partner and partner-to-SOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX3 versus BZW2 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
