SOX18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,425 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARS1, H4C15, and ZNF709. Each is linked with SOX18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX18-to-partner and partner-to-SOX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
