The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SOX15 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SOX15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where SOX15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
