SOX13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,610 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS22, ZNF77, and SEPTIN14P8. Each is linked with SOX13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX13-to-partner and partner-to-SOX13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS22 grouped by SOX13-low versus SOX13-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
