SOX13

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4G, and Notch1. Each is linked with SOX13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX13-to-partner and partner-to-SOX13 results are reported.
