SOX13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF21, OR2T6, and SSTR4. Each is linked with SOX13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX13-to-partner and partner-to-SOX13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF21 grouped by SOX13-low versus SOX13-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
