Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,459 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P46, OGG1, and FANCD2OS. Each is linked with SOX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX12-to-partner and partner-to-SOX12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX12 versus MTCO1P46 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
