SOX12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with SOX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX12-to-partner and partner-to-SOX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by SOX12-low versus SOX12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
