SOX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,126 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P1, CLCP2, and GAK. Each is linked with SOX10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX10-to-partner and partner-to-SOX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P1 grouped by SOX10-low versus SOX10-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
