Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,260 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus, Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, and Response to anesthetic. Each is linked with SOX10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX10-to-partner and partner-to-SOX10 results are reported.
