Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOD1, LGALS13, and RPL10L. Each is linked with SOX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX10-to-partner and partner-to-SOX10 results are reported.
