SOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNA5SP419, and CDCA2. Each is linked with SOX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX1-to-partner and partner-to-SOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
