SOWAHD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOWAHD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,592 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOWAHD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYROBP, STX11, and MYO1F. Each is linked with SOWAHD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOWAHD-to-partner and partner-to-SOWAHD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOWAHD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOWAHD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
