SOSTDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOSTDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,780 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOSTDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR1D2, ZHX2, and PTCH1. Each is linked with SOSTDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOSTDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SOSTDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOSTDC1 versus NR1D2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOSTDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOSTDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
