SOSTDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOSTDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOSTDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-217P, MIR105-2, and TSPY4. Each is linked with SOSTDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOSTDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SOSTDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-217P grouped by SOSTDC1-low versus SOSTDC1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOSTDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOSTDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
