Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOSTDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOSTDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Ku80, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SOSTDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOSTDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SOSTDC1 results are reported.
