SOST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOST-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFRP1, TIPINP1, and RPS26P55. Each is linked with SOST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOST-to-partner and partner-to-SOST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFRP1 grouped by SOST-low versus SOST-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOST→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
