SOST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOST-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSMEM1, C16orf96, and USP17L19. Each is linked with SOST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOST-to-partner and partner-to-SOST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSMEM1 grouped by SOST-low versus SOST-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOST→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
