SOS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,653 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, NONO, and XPO1. Each is linked with SOS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS1-to-partner and partner-to-SOS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOS1 versus VEZF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
