Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,199 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBXN2A, SRSF12, and DCLK2. Each is linked with SOS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS1-to-partner and partner-to-SOS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOS1 versus UBXN2A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
