SOS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, C7orf77, and WRAP73. Each is linked with SOS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS1-to-partner and partner-to-SOS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf85 grouped by SOS1-low versus SOS1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
