SORT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,238 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORT1_S825, RPS27_S11, and SH3BGRL2. Each is linked with SORT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORT1-to-partner and partner-to-SORT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORT1 versus SORT1_S825 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
