SORT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,761 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCD2, MAGI3, and TAF4B. Each is linked with SORT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORT1-to-partner and partner-to-SORT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORT1 versus ABCD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
