SORT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCD3, CHCHD1, and MRPS16. Each is linked with SORT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORT1-to-partner and partner-to-SORT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLCD3 grouped by SORT1-low versus SORT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
