SORT1

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SORT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,414 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to lysosome transport, Plasma membrane to endosome transport, and Golgi to vacuole transport. Each is linked with SORT1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORT1-to-partner and partner-to-SORT1 results are reported.
