SORD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,026 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYRIA, MSN, and ARHGAP31. Each is linked with SORD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORD-to-partner and partner-to-SORD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORD versus CYRIA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
