SORCS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORCS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,417 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGDCC4, SEPTIN4, and PXDN. Each is linked with SORCS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
