SORCS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SORCS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,512 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1R, RIN2, and ARHGAP23. Each is linked with SORCS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
