Across TCGA cell cohorts, SORCS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,349 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gliogenesis, Acrosomal vesicle exocytosis, and Plasma membrane organization. Each is linked with SORCS2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS2 results are reported.
