SORCS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SORCS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 405 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTTG2, RPUSD4, and NOC3L. Each is linked with SORCS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS1-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTTG2 grouped by SORCS1-low versus SORCS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORCS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORCS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
