SORBS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORBS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,924 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FHL1, RSU1, and CNN3. Each is linked with SORBS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS1-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORBS1 versus FHL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORBS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORBS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
