Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORBS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,301 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, SPARCL1, and LMOD1. Each is linked with SORBS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS1-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS1 results are reported.
