SORBS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORBS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, CDCA5, and TMEM120B. Each is linked with SORBS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS1-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by SORBS1-low versus SORBS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORBS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORBS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
