Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SON RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,468 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SON-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM258, RAB1A, and TMED9. Each is linked with SON in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SON-to-partner and partner-to-SON results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SON versus TMEM258 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SON→partner) and Y-score (partner→SON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
